A cold January morning. Snow fills the air, swirling, dancing, at times pausing, moving to and fro as it drifts to the ground. Blanketing the earth in a white quilt of drifts forming hills and valleys, quietness descends and all watch in wonder and awe.

Yes, it is brutally cold this evening. Thanks for stopping by, Kathy.
Beautiful description.
Still not jealous.
Just sayin’ 😉
Hahahaha…. You are right not to be jealous. We just came in from the cold and it is brutal outside tonight! Brrrrrrr.
See my next post for what we did this afternoon!!! 😀
Happy New Year Cecelia!!
Happy New Year Donna! May it be a good one!!!
Beautiful. Keep it up… What is this project about? 🙂
Thanks Elizabeth. If you click on the badge, you will be zapped through cyberspace to the sight that started this challenge. Participants are challenged to notice their world, what they see, hear, or feel. Take one moment each day, stay in the moment and really notice what is happening, or being. Then blog about it. A sentence, a few words, emotions, or a full article, but each day for the month of January, collect these “stones,” and by the end of the month there will be a river of stones recounting what the writer “noticed” during the month of January.
Cecelia, I noticed that we read and comment on a lot of the same blogs, so I thought I’d stop by. Love your writing style and this River of Stones project. I’m excited to read more from you!
Tori, I’m so glad you stopped by. I appreciate it and hope to see more of you. I found my way to your gravatar, but blog???? If you have one I would really like to check it out. Have a great day! 🙂
